Alligo acquires Profilföretaget Z-Profil AB
Alligo has signed an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in the Swedish company Profilföretaget Z-Profil AB. Z-Profil are specialists within profile clothing and product media and has operations in Umeå and Skellefteå.
Z-Profil has a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million with good profitability and has 13 employees.
– With Alligo as part-owner, Z-Profil can continue to develop and take our offering to the next step. The partnership with Alligo will create added value for both customers and co-workers, and give us the opportunity to take on larger accounts says Jörgen Wikström, CEO of Profilföretaget Z-Profil AB.
– Z-Profil is Alligo’s seventh acquisition in 2022 and means that the group further strengthens its position within profile clothing and product media in the Swedish market. The acquisition will be completed by the end of the year.
