Strategic sustainability targets

The sustainability targets are based on Alligo’s vision and material sustainability issues and aim to make Alligo a leader in sustainable development within the industry. To achieve our sustainability ambitions, we have developed five strategic sustainability targets that are followed up annually and guide us in our daily work.

Alligo’s scientifically based targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, as well as the target for net-zero emissions by 2050, are approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). There are clear activities linked to each target.

In addition to the strategic sustainability targets, Alligo’s nine material issues have their own time-bound targets and KPIs.

Responsible supplier relationships

>95%

Shall meet the Supplier Standard

More than 95 per cent shall meet Alligo’s Supplier Standard.

All new suppliers must comply with the requirements of the Supplier Standard.
In 2025, a number of new supplier agreements were signed, contributing to the increase.

Satisfied customers

>75

Customer Satisfaction Index

The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) shall be more than 75.

Customer satisfaction remains high across all countries. Service, customer treatment, quality and product range receive particularly high ratings. Logistics challenges in Norway had a negative impact on the results in 2025.

Health

<5%

Sickness absence

Sickness absence shall be less than five per cent of total scheduled hours.

Sickness absence continued to reduce and remains below the target level. There was a relatively small increase in Norway during the fourth quarter. Priority areas going forward include improved data quality, closer monitoring and support for local managers.

Gender quality

>30%

Proportion of women in management positions

The proportion of women in management positions shall be more than 30 per cent.

The share of women in management positions continues to increase, albeit slowly. The acquisition of Batterilagret in 2025 worked against this trend. Ensuring that both women and men are represented among final candidates in recruitment processes remains a priority.

Climate impact

Chart

Reduced greenhouse gas emissions

Scope 1 and 2: Reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030, calculated from the base year 2023.

Scope 3: The proportion of suppliers³ with science based targets shall be at least 72% by 2029.

In 2025, Alligo increased the share of fossil-free electricity, phased out oil and gas heating and expanded the share of electric and hybrid vehicles, reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
For Scope 3, strengthened contractual requirements and supplier dialogue increased the share of suppliers with science-based climate targets to 23 per cent.
