Articles of Association

In addition to legislation, regulations and recommendations, the Articles of Association form the basis for control of the Company’s operations. The Articles of Association include the location of the Board of Directors’ registered office, the focus of operations, limitations pertaining to share capital and the number of shares as well as conditions for participation in General Meetings of Shareholders.

Alligo’s current Articles of Association was resolved at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Thursday, 2 December 2021.
