Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Svets och Tillbehör i Sverige AB and Svetspartner i Malmö AB (Järnab). The two companies are located in Ystad and Malmö. They offer a wide range of welding, grinding and related services.

Svets och Tillbehör and Järnab have a combined annual turnover of approximately SEK 145 million and 32 employees.

Acquiring Svets och Tillbehör and Järnab further strengthens Alligo’s position in tools and welding. Both companies’ strong position and service offering in the welding industry, as well as their geographical location, offer good growth opportunities. We welcome them to Alligo and intend to continue acquiring well-managed companies that strengthen our product and service offering and fit into our growth strategy, says Clein Ullenvik, President and CEO of Alligo.
