Code of Conduct
Alligo’s Code of Conduct guides how we act with responsibility, respect and integrity in everyday situations, in business and in our relationships with the world around us.
Our values guide us
At Alligo, our culture is built on three words: commitment, collaboration and competence. These values are not just words; they shape our thinking, actions, and decision-making. The Code of Conduct helps us put our values into practice and guides how we are expected to behave in everyday situations, in business and in our interactions with the world around us. It also highlights the importance of a transparent company culture where we always act ethically and respect human rights.

Shared responsibility matters
The Code of Conduct applies to everyone at Alligo, including consultants, board members, and others acting on behalf of Alligo. Our suppliers and business partners are expected to follow equivalent requirements through our Supplier Code. Each business area and subsidiary is responsible for ensuring compliance with the code. Managers have a particular responsibility to ensure that employees are familiar with the code and work in accordance with it.

We follow the law – and we do what’s right
We always comply with applicable laws and regulations, and we go beyond that. Alligo supports international principles on human rights, working conditions, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption. We expect everyone at Alligo to act with integrity, even when the rules are unclear. It’s about doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Ethical business conduct
We have zero tolerance for corruption and unethical influence. This applies in all situations – from gifts and representation to conflicts of interest. We expect everyone to act openly, honestly and with sound judgment. That’s how we build trust – within Alligo and with our customers and partners.

A healthy and safe work environment
At Alligo, we strive to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. We want to be a workplace where employees thrive. We encourage our employees to engage and collaborate to facilitate the development of our organization and our staff.
The employer has the primary responsibility for the work environment, while managers have an extended responsibility for health and safety. All employees are responsible for actively contributing to a good work environment and a positive corporate climate.

A welcoming and inclusive workplace
Everyone should feel welcome and safe at Alligo. All employees have a responsibility to treat each other with respect and to create a work environment that brings out the best in each colleague. We do not accept discrimination, harassment or bullying. Everyone deserves equal opportunities to grow, regardless of background.
