Remuneration Board of directors

In accordance with the resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting in May 2023 SEK 2,400,000 will be placed at the disposal of the Board of Directors as directors’ fees.

The directors’ fees were divided into SEK 650,000 for the Chairman of the Board and SEK 300,000 per director for the other directors. In addition, special fees are to be paid to the Chairman of the Audit Committee and to the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee amounting to SEK 150,000 and SEK 100,000 respectively. No other fees are to be paid for committee work.

Provided that the necessary tax prerequisites for invoicing exist and that doing so would not entail a cost for Alligo AB, directors are to be offered the opportunity to invoice their directors’ fees through a wholly owned Swedish company or private business. If a director invoices his/her directors’ fee through a wholly owned Swedish company or private business, the fee is to be increased by an amount corresponding to the social security contributions and value added tax stipulated by law.
