Empowering leadership 

Present and clear leadership is key to driving engagement and achieving our goals. That’s why we invest heavily in developing our leaders – at all levels – with the right tools and training. Through regular pulse surveys and business performance follow-ups, our leaders gain a clear picture of how they are succeeding in their roles. All managers also complete occupational health and safety training to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Everyone should feel well at work. We monitor sick leave on a quarterly basis and work systematically with occupational health and safety issues. Our work environment must be safe, both physically and psychosocially – whether you work in a warehouse, store, or office.

We believe in the power of engagement. Through monthly pulse surveys, annual performance reviews, and employee representation on boards and health and safety committees, we foster a culture where every voice counts. Our managers are encouraged to involve their teams in business planning, as we are convinced this builds engagement and understanding of our shared goals.
