Responsible business conduct
Alligo strives to act professionally, responsibly and with integrity in all business transactions and relationships. Working to achieve an open corporate climate, complying with legislation and acting with a high standard of business ethics contributes to sustainable relationships and a sustainable business.
Our values – the foundation of responsible business
The three words commitment, collaboration and competence form the core of Alligo’s values. These principles guide our organisation and shape how we interact with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Our Code of Conduct is a key governance document that clarifies how we are expected to act in everyday situations and business relationships. It is complemented by our Supplier Code, which sets corresponding requirements for our external partners.

High business ethics and zero tolerance for corruption
To ensure responsible business practices, Alligo has an anti-corruption policy that applies to all employees, consultants and business partners. Focus is placed on roles with responsibility for sales, purchasing and procurement. All forms of corruption, direct or indirect, are strictly prohibited, even if it means losing a business opportunity.

Transparency through our whistleblower service
Alligo’s anonymous whistleblower service can be used by employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. It is available via the intranet and website, and meets the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Directive. The service enables reporting of suspected unethical behaviour that may affect people, the environment or the business. Those who report are protected from reprisals, and all cases are handled confidentially.

Proactive ethics and compliance training
To prevent violations and strengthen knowledge of business ethics, Alligo conducts regular, mandatory training sessions.
- A digital Code of Conduct training is mandatory for all employees – 65% have completed it (2024).
- In 2025, a basic anti-corruption training will be launched for all employees, along with an advanced version for high-risk roles and management.

Firm action on violations
Alligo acts consistently in cases of breaches of the Code of Conduct or the Anti-corruption policy. Disciplinary actions may include warnings, termination of employment or police reports. In the event of violations of the Supplier Code, contracts may be terminated and damages claimed. Through clear guidelines, training and follow-up, we create a work environment defined by safety, openness, and personal responsibility.
