Alligo’s ReCare workwear laundering solution launched in Norway and Finland
Alligo’s end-to-end solution for laundering and managing workwear, ReCare, continues to grow. Following a successful rollout in Sweden, the service has now been launched in Norway and Finland, supported by strong customer agreements that clearly demonstrate the value of a more transparent and sustainable alternative in the market.
– ReCare is designed for companies that want full control over their workwear and their costs. Unlike traditional rental models, ReCare is based on the customer owning their workwear and paying for each actual wash performed. The model is transparent and cost-effective, and we are seeing that more and more companies truly appreciate this, says Jenny Fritzén, ReCare Manager at Alligo.
First ReCare agreement in Norway
In Norway, SES Energy, operating in offshore and energy services, is the first customer to choose ReCare. The agreement currently covers 85 employees in Stavanger, with ambitions to roll out the service to additional locations.
ReCare was chosen due to its clear pricing structure and the opportunity to own the garments instead of paying ongoing rental fees. Following dialogue, fittings, and close collaboration on processes and the laundry solution, the service was able to be implemented quickly.
Breakthrough also in Finland
In Finland, ReCare has been contracted for two factories with a total of approximately 250 employees. The customer previously used a traditional rental solution for workwear but identified a need for a more flexible and cost-effective setup.
With ReCare, the business gained not only a new commercial model but also the ability to integrate existing garments into the solution through labeling and laundering according to the same process. Feedback from employees during fittings proved to be a decisive factor, and there are already plans to expand the collaboration to additional units.
A scalable service for the Nordics
ReCare combines sustainability, quality, and simplicity. The internal organizations within Swedol Sweden, Tools Norway, and Tools Finland are also in place and ready to meet increasing demand.
