Alligo’s logistics function supplies stores and customers across the Nordic region with the products they need to operate efficiently. High availability and reliable deliveries are essential to being an unbeatable supplier. Today, Alligo operates four logistics centres, with Örebro in Sweden and Vestby in Norway as the two largest.

Nordic logistics organisation

Alligo’s logistics is organised at Nordic level and forms a central part of the Group’s scalable platform. The Nordic structure creates economies of scale, clear governance and uniform ways of working, while enabling high delivery precision across all markets. The logistics organisation works closely with procurement and sales to ensure availability, efficient supply flows and a competitive offering for customers.

Nordic distribution centre – Örebro

Alligo’s Nordic distribution centre in Örebro is the hub of the Group’s logistics structure, supplying both stores and direct sales across the Nordics. The facility handles large volumes and a broad assortment with high item frequency. Through automation, digital support systems and efficient picking processes, high delivery precision and short lead times are achieved. The distribution centre enables coordinated Nordic flows and is a key prerequisite for a standardised offering with short delivery times.

Efficiency and digitalisation

The logistics operations are characterised by a strong focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement. Automation and digital support systems are used to optimise inventory management, picking processes and distribution.
