Integrated Nordic core business– Two strong concept brands in three markets
Alligo’s integrated business is operated under the concept brands Swedol and Tools and forms the foundation of the Group’s offering. The business is built on shared functions within logistics, IT and ERP systems, legal structure, pricing and assortment. The shared platform creates clear synergies and enables efficient coordination of investments and continued development across the Nordic region.
The integrated business model supports both flexibility and scalability and makes it possible to combine local presence with shared processes. In 2025, the integrated business accounted for approximately 80% of the Group’s sales.
Sales take place across several channels, primarily through instore and direct sales, including online and onsite service. Own brands are a key competitive advantage within the integrated business and contribute to increased control, improved profitability and a clear customer offering.
Non‑integrated companies with specialist expertise
In addition to the integrated core business, Alligo operates non-integrated companies within selected product and technology areas, including product media, welding and batteries. These companies operate businesses and stores under their own brands, adapted to their respective markets and customer needs.
The non-integrated companies are characterised by strong specialist expertise and well-defined tailored offering. Together, they accounted for approximately 20% of the Group’s sales in 2025.
The companies retain independent structures to preserve their specialist expertise and local market presence. Where opportunities exist, the non-integrated businesses can benefit from the strength of Alligo’s shared platform, for example through purchasing agreements, administrative support, knowledge sharing and cross-selling.
