Alligo acquires Profeel Sweden AB
Alligo has acquired 75 percent of the shares in Profeel Sweden AB. Profeel currently has two stores in Sweden and are specialists within profile clothing and product media.
Profeel has a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million with good profitability and has 18 employees and stores in Eskilstuna and Västerås.

The acquisition was completed on November 9, 2022.
