Momentum Group AB completes change of registered name to Alligo AB
Former Momentum Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) has completed the change of registered name to Alligo AB, which was voted in favor for at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 December 2021.
The Company is still listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, now by the name Alligo AB, and with the new ticker ALLIGO B. The Company has also launched a new website and graphic profile, please refer to https://www.alligo.com/.
The change of registered name is part of the preparations for a separate listing of the business area Components & Services on Nasdaq Stockholm through a listing of the subsidiary Momentum Group Komponenter & Tjänster AB under the registered name Momentum Group AB.
