Non-regulatory

TOOLS AS, an Alligo Group company, has acquired 100% of the shares in Norwegian company Lunna AS. Lunna has three shops north of Oslo and sells industrial components, tools, workwear and personal protective equipment. The acquisition strengthens Alligo’s position as a leading supplier to Norwegian industry.

Lunna generates annual revenue of approximately NOK 82 million with favourable profitability, is family-owned and has 26 employees.

“The acquisition of Lunna provides us with further growth and strengthens our position on the Norwegian market. Lunna is a supplier with a focus on service and quality and has highly competent employees,” says Jens Henriksen, Alligo Country Manager Norway.

“An active acquisition strategy is an important complement to our organic growth and the acquisition of well-run companies such as Lunna AS is a good fit for this,” says Clein Ullenvik, Group President and CEO of Alligo.

The acquisition was closed on 8 March.
