Alligo acquires Tampereen Pirkka-Hitsi Oy in Finland
Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Finnish company Tampereen Pirkka-Hitsi Oy. Pirkka-Hitsi Oy runs two stores in Finland and specializes in sales and service of welding machines.
Tampereen Pirkka-Hitsi Oy has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 5 million and has 13 employees.
