Alligo acquires the two Swedish profile clothing companies Kents Textiltryck and Olympus Profile
Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in two Swedish profile clothing companies, Kents Textiltryck i Halmstad AB and Olympus Profile i Uddevalla AB.
The companies have a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million each, have 15 respectively 13 employees and sells workwear, profile clothing and product media.
– With Alligo as part-owner, Kents and Olympus Profile can expand within our industry and continue our growth journey in the Western parts of Sweden, says Kent Poulsen, current main owner Kents Textiltryck and Olympus Profile.
– The acquisitions of Kents and Olympus are number eight and nine for Alligo this year. It is very exciting to look back on the acquisition success that we have had this year.
