Alligo acquires Wiklunds i Bollnäs AB
Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Swedish company Wiklunds i Bollnäs AB. The company operates one store in Bollnäs and sells tools, supplies, workwear and personal protection.
Wiklunds has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 28 million and has six employees.

The acquisition was completed on May 3, 2024.
