Gender equality is a key issue as more men than women traditionally work in the industry in which Alligo operates. The group’s business areas are working in many ways to promote greater equality over time in terms of gender distribution at all levels of the organisations.

Alligo has set a target that the proportion of female managers shall be more than 30 percentage (2021;22,3%).
